NEW YORK, December 8, 2021 – Catalyst Advisors LP, an international executive recruitment and assessment firm singularly focused on life sciences, announced the appointment of a new hire: Melanie Magsaysay has joined as a Project Manager based in New York.
Melanie will draw from her experiences to support Catalyst Advisors’ ongoing work in advising and recruiting impactful talent for purpose-driven life sciences companies worldwide.

Melanie brings five years of executive recruitment project management experience to the role. Prior to joining Catalyst Advisors, she was a Project Coordinator at an international executive recruitment firm, where she supported and managed projects for the Finance and Healthcare sectors. Previously, Melanie held roles of Operations and Trading Desk Assistant at Trammo, Inc. Melanie earned her degree in Surgical Technology from Northern Illinois University.
