Susan brings more than two decades of recruitment experience in life sciences to her new role. Prior to joining Catalyst Advisors, she served as a Principal at a global executive recruiting firm where she specialized in European healthcare, with a focus on pharmaceutical and biotech sectors at the Board, CEO and C-suite level. Previously, she worked at McKinsey & Company as a Research Analyst.
Kelsey Hallman brings more than six years of experience in executive recruitment and talent development to Catalyst Advisors. Previously, Kelsey was a Director at a global executive recruiting firm where she focused on Board directors, C-suite executives and general management roles for companies spanning the life sciences, healthcare, technology and consumer goods sectors. Prior to that, she led Advisor Relations for the GLG Institute, a global executive development community created by and for senior leaders in healthcare.
Cara Smith joined the firm with more than six years of executive recruitment experience. As a Senior Associate at an international executive recruitment firm, she specialized in C-suite, general management, commercial and scientific talent solutions in healthcare and life sciences, with a specific focus on medical technology and biopharma. Prior to that, Cara worked at a boutique executive recruiting firm serving healthcare technology and healthcare services companies on behalf of prominent private equity and venture capital sponsors.
Liz Pereda joins Catalyst Advisors with more than a decade of project management expertise. Previously, she served as a Project Manager specializing in the technology sector for a global executive recruitment firm. Prior to that, she worked at Treliant, LLC as a Project Manager and Senior Coordinator to the Chief Executive Officer and the Chief Revenue and Strategy Officer.
